Lillie Pike is HudsonAlpha’s Associate Director of Operations where she oversees HudsonAlpha’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department, campus security, and the facilities group. Lillie works closely with employees across the Institute and associate companies to provide access to a safe and secure campus environment and uphold operational efficiency.

Prior to her current role, Lillie served as HudsonAlpha’s Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager. Her mission has always been to provide a safe and well-maintained environment for all campus employees and visitors. She is committed to continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and strengthening safety protocols to support the Institute.

Before joining HudsonAlpha in 2019, Lillie worked as an industrial hygienist and safety specialist in the chemical manufacturing industry where she gained firsthand experience in increasing employee awareness, improving regulatory compliance, and ensuring safety was a core value.

Lillie is a graduate of the University of North Alabama with degrees in Industrial Hygiene and Chemistry. Lillie and Will live in Huntsville with their two daughters and two dogs.
